Id please?


The brown formation at the bottom of the rock with the mushroom, a little to the left, looks like a little honeycomb....any ideas? Its the best pic I could get

hmm i dunno


looks maybe like a fungus or some type of algae, no mean to insult you, but hows your water quality and what are your systems specs, it may be rellated to bad filltration, ut you would know best its your tank...good luck, (maybe its the good kind of algae)

Not insulted at all, my filtration isnt too good, im working on it. I made the mistake of setting this up before I knew what I was really getting into, I am tryin to learn as much as possible and fix as I go, here is a better pic of it

that is an encrusting coral. it looks alot like carribean star coral.

I find those on live rock i get all the time, usually dead, but hey if yours is living then its a free coral.
