I'm moving everything from my 72 to a new 120. I have a green hair algae issue right now that I want to clear up before I move everything. I was wondering whats the quickest way to kill it off the live rock?

I was thinking about just drying out the pieces that are the worst, clean them off, let them sit in a salt water bath and then add them to the new tank. I would seed them then with the good pieces that I still had. Any suggestion?

Thanks
