Does anyone know if blennies bred in captivity (tank), I have two, one is an algae/sailfin blenny the other is a black sailfin....anyway they always chased each other around the tank, one day ( I thought they were fighting) I caught them, well it looked like they were biting each other, mouth to mouth, very agressively...of course, I tapped on the tank, which sent them scurrying..Now the
algae blenny looks a bit plump around the middle-never looked this way even after feeding....Could this be a pregnancy? Can't get a picture, everytime I get near the tank with the camera they disappear into the rocks...oh yeah, they look for each other now and the black sailfin is making caves all over the tank, stuffing them with algae discs to entice the algae blenny.
