My brother shot me an email recently, terribly excited about the great deal he got on a 55g Hex. Never having a tank similar to this and also being over a thousand miles away, it is difficult to help him out. The tank is at the following link:

What is the best way to set this up? Equipment that will fit? What should go in each compartment?
He is setting it up as a FOWLR. He has no interest in coral at this point. That may change after he comes in next week and sees how mine is set up.
