Little Warning about The Logical Reef

Just wanted to give everyone a warning if you're thinking of buying any frags from The Logical Reef. This isn't really a complaint about them, but I think they are still learning a bit. They get a lot of nice ORA frags and it seems these are a big hit lately.
But I just picked up my second shipment for them on Monday that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I believe they are more used to shipping with UPS and not FedEx but they should still be able to figure out how to get a package held at FedEx for a Saturday morning pickup, I've had several RM and Dr. Mac packages sent that way without problems.
The first time was about a month ago and was my first shipment from them. I ordered 5 ORA frags and they sent it Standard OVernight with Saturday pickup. Apparently Saturday pickup isn't available with Standard overnight, just priority. So I waited till monday, took the day off, picked up my corals and fortunately 4 out of the 5 survived. The only one that didn't make it was the "Chips" acro.
So they've been waiting to get a replacement from ORA for about a month and they kept telling me that the "Chips" wasn't on the ORA list until this past week. At first the emails and phone calls were always prompt and very curteous but as time went on I almost felt like I was being a pest or a problem just because I wanted my last coral. I wasn't pestering them but I did feel that a quick email each week letting me know if the Chips was or wasn't on the list wasn't too much to ask.
Anyways, they finally get the Chips acro this week and a few other ORA frags I have been wanting, especially a few of the Mille's so I decide to order a few of them too. Even after the first screw up I some how ended up paying for shipping again this time. So I finally get the tracking info late friday from them and when I look on FedEx.com it shows an estimated delivery date of monday. WTF??? First thing I do is call and email TLR and let them know but of course I don't hear anything back until late Sunday. Turns out this time they sent the Package Priority Overnight but didn't mark it for Saturday hold at FedEx. So another day off yesterday picking up corals and trying to save what I can. Turns out 3 of them were DOA including 2 Mille's and a stag. And 3 seem to be doing OK today including the Chips and the Scripps Mille and the ummmm, lets just say outrageously priced PM that I won't admit paying what I did for it, but at least it's still alive.
So long story. I think the guys down there are good guys and they always seem nice when I talk to them on the phone. But they definately have some problems with shipping, especially FedEx, I think we agreed to use UPS next time and have them shipped to the office during the week, guess thats another half day off. They've agreed to replace everything that was lost and I expect them to pay for shipping this time. They also threw in an extra frag this time, one of the ORA Stags, not sure which since it was white skeleton when I saw it. So if you do decide to order from them I would make sure the shipping is not an issue.
