Question

Hardiness/Care of M. Danae

This just caught my eye and I know I've seen a few in the past that looked incredible. Just curious if they have any special care requirements, needs, lighting, etc. I have the tank to house just about any SPS I want I believe but I just wanted to check if there is anything "special" about these.

Thanks,
Trent

They're pretty hardy. My danae was the last to go when my heater popped and the temp fell to the low 60's for two nights. It seems they need less light than acros and like medium flow.

Trent,

Here is one Me/SawCJack00/David Groigor split....

It was under their (RM) reduced price heading because it had been there a while. When I received it about 3 weeks-1 month ago, it was prown with purple polyps. It is getting the yellow body back finally.

Definitely hardy. It is situatated at the highest level in my tank and likes it...over the past 1 week, it has started to take off in growth...

Greg
