General This is a great product, and it does what it says it does, and does it well. But I think it might be made obsolete by some of the other products out there for those of us that have controllers, such as the Neptune AC3. Great product for someone without a controller though. This controller allows all kinds of versitility in flow patten generation and has been a great asset to my 180 gallon SPS system. I purchased it as part of a TS24 kit and highly recommend it to anyone. Liked about it Ability to program multiple different flow patterns. Can control multiple pumps and coordinate flow between them. Can allow for pulse flow patterns and increase/decrease the speed of the pump impeller to increase/decrease the speed/force of flow generated. Didn't like Instructions can be a little difficult to understand and therefore setup the controller. Other options make drive this to obsolescence, including other Tunze products and third party controllers, but I've had no problems with it since I've owned it.
