So far so good.

Installation and Operation	Very easy to install. Came loaded with extra hook up goodies.
Performance vs. Expectations	At first I was taken back by how LOUD this was. After about a 24 hour break in it became VERY quiet. A hum, but less than my Mag5.
Value for money	Great value for the money so far. Similar sized pumps will be 2-3 times the price. The other side that I cannot answer for yet is reliability being that I have only used it for a couple days.
Customer Support	Haven't had to use yet.

Liked about it	Price, noise (after break in), and price. Did I say price? Oh and freebie connectors which are nice to not have to buy separately or fab.
Didn't like	It's bigger than I expected, not too bad. Scared me at first cause it sounded like a banshee. Extra fittings seem very flimsy and cheap, but I did expect that.
