Works very well for me
| Installation and Operation |
Very simple install with magnet mount (additional purchase) Haven't done anything but put them on a timer and forgotten all about them. They just do what they are supposed to do every 3 hours.
|
| Performance vs. Expectations |
I have one on each end of my tank. Each on a timer. They are on 3 hours and off in rotation through out the day. No trouble. Keeps the fish happy with the flow changes and keeps me happy that I don't have to think about them.

| Value for money |
I deffinately got my money's worth here.

never used customer support for these

Plug and play
Trouble free operation
Easy to set up
|
| Didn't like |
They do "clunk" when they start.
Don't think I would like them as much with out the additional magnet mounts

welll... iffy
| Installation and Operation |
Installation can be tricky with all the little brackets. Do yourself a favor and buy the magnet mounts to go along with the pumps. Once setup and running they are quiet and are low wattage pumps.
|
| Performance vs. Expectations |
Performed well overall. I had some impeller issues with one of them, but the other has been going strong for about 3-4 years now. The flow is not as wide as I would have hoped, but still better than the old Maxijets and similar style powerheads.
|
| Value for money |
Good value for the money, fairly cheap and IMO are better looking when taken out of the housing and mounted Tunze style. One of the pumps had magnet/impeller issues and after a while the magnet split in two and seized. Need to buy a new magnet/shaft combo for it.

| Customer Support |
Have never dealt with them personally.

| Liked about it |
Cost. Quiet while operating. Looks better than a Korallia. Low wattage draw. Decent flow pattern.
|
| Didn't like |
Quality. The mounting system. Lack of controller, I do not like using a stop start wave maker on AC pumps. The flow pattern was still quite narrow in comparison to other pumps.
