Price is relative to performance.

Installation and Operation easy to install, plug and play, fittings work well that come with it.

Performance vs. Expectations pump works as expected and may actually have a little moro volume than I expected.

Value for money good value for money I would buy again if i needed an additional pump of the same size and volume.

Customer Support no dealings with customer support.

Liked about it easy installation, i liked the fittings that came with the pump

Didn't like on several occasions I had a hard time primming this pump.

Worth the money

Installation and Operation Installation of this pump was a bit cumbersome. The feet are very small and not set as I would like.Illustrations and print were very good. The pump at first was very noisy .The cord was a bit rigid and the pump needed to be hard piped to keep it in one place . I had originally piped it with plastic hose. Maintenance is very easy . Just disconnect and flush out

Performance vs. Expectations As far as my expectations of the pump and how it performed .I would give the pump 5 stars . Once the pump was a bit broke in,it ran like a champ. In fact I think it's performance was better after a month

Value for money I think this pump is definitely worth the money. Very affordable for the performance

Customer Support Customer support was not needed so I can't comment on this .

Liked about it I like the amount of flow I got from the pump .I also liked the consistent flow at different head pressures. I used this pump on several different conditions .As a fountain on my pond. As a sump pump for my 30 gallon hex tank and as a pool cover pump . Each time the pump performed as it should. I left the pump run in pond for 2 weeks. The pump definitely has a break in period . I also like the fittings on the pump . Great "O" ring !! It's a good size pump too . Fits in just about anywhere

Didn't like There are a couple things that concern me about the pump.
It's a bit noisy on start up and break in but does quiet down and settle in after a week or so.
The feet on the pump are to small and fall out of the holes . I lost one in the first 2 weeks
I'd also like to see a smoother profile . The top of the pump has louvers which collect debris
I'd like to see the feet lift the pump off the bottom of the sump so it gets better water flow under it
