Installation and Operation	This like all Iwaki pumps does not come with a power plug. You have to go out and buy one. It's a little frustrating when you get the pump and are eager to get it running and have to wait. That aside it is a great pump Super quiet and a little more efficient than most Iwaki pumps.
Performance vs. Expectations	This pump did well for me but in the end I needed more flow. It's Iwaki so I did expect the best. I got close to that but with a higher than normal price tag.
Value for money	They are not cheap and if you shop around you can find the same quality for much less.
Customer Support	I never needed and support from Iwaki.

Liked about it	It is a quiet running pump. Is also runs very cool. I like a pump with 1" in and out and I liked that one =this small had that too.
Didn't like	The price shop around and you can find better pumps for cheaper.

Installation and Operation	I've had my Iwaki pump, WMD 20RLXT for well over ten years and it has performed flawlessly during that time. I use the pump as my main source of water circulation and for a while, I had it connected to a chiller. I've removed the chiller but the pump is still there. The pump is quiet and very low maintenance. (I've never done anything to it!) There really is not a lot to say about th Iwaki WMD 20RLXT. It runs and runs and runs.
Performance vs. Expectations	I've had this pump so long I don't remember what the manufacturer promised, but what ever it is, I'm sure the pump has met
Value for money	My Iwaki pump has been running continuously for over ten years and I think that a good demonstration of value for the money.
Customer Support	I never had to deal with customer support.

Liked about it	It (1) runs and (2) runs and (3) runs some more.
Didn't like	I guess it might break someday.

Installation and Operation	Pretty basic pump. Thay claim that if you clean it out reg it will last for years. I have only had mine for 4 months. I tore it down to see haw easy it was to clean. Super easy by the way.
Performance vs. Expectations	This is pushing verticle 3/4 in hose 4 1/2ft with no problem. It is sucking 7 ft throught a chiller and a aqualife crystal. I shut this pump off frequently and it starts right where it left off.
Value for money	Worth every penny.
Customer Support	I havent had a problem.

Liked about it	I dont think that it transferrs any heat to the water. Runs quiet unless it mulches something up as it does on occasion.
Didn't like	I dont like anything about it
