Installation and Operation	Pretty much plug and play out of the box. So there really is not instillation once you get it plumbed. As far as operation I found that compared to similar pumps this one was much louder than the others although it did have a slightly lower power consumption.
Performance vs. Expectations	This pump was cheap so I did not expect too much but I was was pleasantly surprised. Although It was a little louder than other is would still be considered quiet. It did run strong and I used it for about a year before replacing it. I did not get rid of it because I did not like it I chose another pump so I would have all the same pumps. I still have this and keep it for a backup.
Value for money	They are cheap at about $170 they are affordable but for the same price I do think you can get a better pump. shop around and read review and try to get the best pump for the money that best suits your needs.
Customer Support	I never had any issues with this pump

Liked about it	It had a decent price tag Pulls less energy then other similar pumps.
Didn't like	It is a little louder than other similar pump and I do not like the 1" in ans 3/4" out. I like for them to be the same. but that just personal opinion.

Installation and Operation	Instillation is standard and normal cleaning required. I liked the Philips screws they made maint. easy.
Performance vs. Expectations	This pump works just as advertised.
Value for money	This is my best value pump. I have had 5 of these pumps in the last 10 years and i could not be happier. Yes they do make a little noise but for the price they fit the bill between quality and cost.
Customer Support	Have never needed support they seem almost indestructible.

Liked about it	I have never worn out or broken one of these pumps they just seem to go forever. I have had a friend burn one up but he was using a light dimmer to slow down the pump. Even then i had used the pump continuously for four years previously and he had it for three.
Didn't like	They could be a little quieter but it is not a huge shortfall.
