A reasonable pump, though loud in my experience
| Installation and Operation |
I have used this pump in a few applications, but most notably it was the supply pump on a euroreef skimmer. For that application it worked well, but I found it to be considerably too loud for use in main living space. If you had a dedicated wet-room for hardware it would be fine, but in my case it was not acceptable.

| Performance vs. Expectations |
Flow rate on this pump was good, but I did not expect it to be near as loud as it turned out to be. As a result, I'd say it had a pretty low performance based on my expectations.

It has a good flow rate and relatively low power draw, which was nice. I didnt notice any heat involved with the use of this pump, which is always a good thing. I do still have the pump after about 4 years and it works like new, so no complaints with that.

Simply way too loud. Maybe it was a one-off experience, but this pump was a bit too much like a freight train on my system that I decided to use another solution.
