I didnt even need to read to users manual (if there was one :) The instructions were very straightforward. Connect the tubing to anything you want, put it in the water, plug in the power. Easy.

I love how it was recommended to me by so many people. I was afraid of buying a pump to connect my phosban reactor with and I didn't know which one to buy. Then I saw this pump was recommended with the phosban reactor and I automatically bought it.

Sometimes, after days of inactivity, I need to hit the mini-jet in order for it to turn on. I dont know if other people have these problems, but I wished the mini-jet could turn on without my intervention.

Awesome little pump
| Installation and Operation |
Easy to install, just plug it in and adjust the slots for your desired flow and its done.

Performed alot better than I expected. I used it to power a GFO reactor and it fit the bill perfectly. Did not expect it to last a long time, but well exceeded my expectations.

Excellent value, cant go wrong with it. Ran excellent for me for well over 1.5years prior to me selling it with the GFO reactor.

Very small footprint. You could lose it if it didnt have a cord attached. Easy to setup. Good pricing. Maintenance was typical.

Hard to adjust the flow with the built in flow control. The outlet tube adapter can be a pain to work with and is hard to find anything that will mechanically hold your tubing on well.

Great mixing pump
| Installation and Operation |
Very easy to set up.Instructions are detailed and bold with large print.Operation is easy and the pump has an adjustable flow making it great for all types of uses and tank inhabitants. Maintenance has been very little . The instructions are well written and show everything to clean and maintain the pump

I bought this pump as a mixing pump. I have a salt water reef tank and put it in a 5 gallon bucket and add the salt. It works great . It did exactly what I wanted it to do .I didn't want the water to shoot or spray out of the bucket

Well worth the money . I would definitely recommend this for a mixer or small tank or amphibian tank

The pump gets air bound and sometimes needs to be burped. You just have to turn it sideways or lift up and quickly drop back down in the water.The flow adjuster knob should have a little tab on it . Tough on the finger nail

Better for higher in water column
| Installation and Operation |
Very easy to install, comes with suction cups that work great, just stick to the inside of your tank, and plug it in.

Better for a sump area or top of the tank, this product does NOT like sand, as it will get clogged very easily by grains of sand, but if you put it in the tank near sand like mine is and don't touch it, it should be fine.

Definitely worth it, gives great flow for my whole 10g system that has a lot of LR in it, doesn't leave any dead spots.

Intake on mine is easily clogged since the intake isn't very large. I think if they enlarged the intake surface area that it would be harder to clog this tiny pump.
