Installation and Operation	Very easy to set up.Instructions are detailed and bold with large print.Operation is easy and the pump has an adjustable flow making it great for all types of uses and tank inhabitants. Maintenance has been very little . The instructions are well written and show everything to clean and maintain the pump
Performance vs. Expectations	I bought this pump as a mixing pump. I have a salt water reef tank and put it in a 5 gallon bucket and add the salt. It works great . It did exactly what I wanted it to do .I didn't want the water to shoot or spray out of the bucket
Value for money	Well worth the money . I would definitely recommend this for a mixer or small tank or amphibian tank
Customer Support	No customer support needed but Marineland is known for good service

Liked about it	Small powerful little pump. Nice size nozzle where hose fits on . Adjustable flow
Didn't like	The pump gets air bound and sometimes needs to be burped. You just have to turn it sideways or lift up and quickly drop back down in the water.The flow adjuster knob should have a little tab on it . Tough on the finger nail

Installation and Operation	Very easy to install, comes with suction cups that work great, just stick to the inside of your tank, and plug it in.
Performance vs. Expectations	Better for a sump area or top of the tank, this product does NOT like sand, as it will get clogged very easily by grains of sand, but if you put it in the tank near sand like mine is and don't touch it, it should be fine.
Value for money	Definitely worth it, gives great flow for my whole 10g system that has a lot of LR in it, doesn't leave any dead spots.

Liked about it	Very easy to maintain, easy installation, great flow adjustment, has 5 levels of flow
Didn't like	Grains of sand if floating around can easily be lodged into the propeller causing the propeller to stop working

Installation and Operation	Very easy to use, just plug in and adjust the little "level" for how much flow you want.
Performance vs. Expectations	Performs well and if you maintain it well, it should last for a very long time.
Value for money	Great value if you need a really small little pump.
Customer Support	Have not dealt with the company for customer support.

Liked about it	Built to last. Can adjust the output.
Didn't like	Intake on mine is easily clogged since the intake isn't very large. I think if they enlarged the intake surface area that it would be harder to clog this tiny pump.
