Affordable

Installation and Operation Getting it set up is a breeze. Take from box, add to tank, point fin to direct flow. Cake. I never have to mess with it.

Performance vs. Expectations It was the cheapest thing I could get my hands on and I expected it to perform like it. I was surprised how quiet it was and how well it did its job.

Value for money Very nice. Powerheads can get expensive and this one wasn't that bad.

Customer Support If I ever have to talk to them I'll come back and update this.

Liked about it Affordable and quiet.

Didn't like Two things: color and start up noise. Everything in my tank is black, but this guy is grey. Also, when I have power outages and it turns off, on start-up it rattles for about 20 minutes and can be annoying.

Pretty much worth it.

Installation and Operation Very very simple installation. Just place it in the tank, attach the suction cup, and plug it up!
Instructions where not needed. However, they looked pretty detailed.
Extremely easy to operate and maintain!
Once a month I pull mine out and rinse it off. Very easy!

Performance vs. Expectations It was a very inexpensive power head and I expected it to work that way. It actually outperformed my expectations.

Value for money YES

Customer Support Never had to contact!

Thoughts on Top Fin 30 powehead

Installation and Operation Simple installtion, which requires to simply place powerhead in the water and place in direction in which flow is needed.

Performance vs. Expectations The performace is what I expected. Reason stated is the powerhead was purchase to increase service flow in my reef tank. But the powerhead has been in my 55 gallon reef, and also my 125 gallon long(6ft) tank. The powerhead is listed for a 30 gallon. Due to that statement it will work wonders in a small tank I believe due to it produces around 36"(inches) of flow in my 125 gallon reef.

Value for money I purchased this for 30.00 after taxes so it is bang for its buck.

Customer Support I have never have never had to contact petsmart in regards to the product has been working for me nearly a year and no problems yet.

Liked about it Comes with a shovel like attachment for the power head neck that helps narrow out the flow or adjust it for the direction of liking.

Didn't like No complaints!
