Very easy to install.Instructions are well written . Nothing to it.Very easy to operate. Just install it and point it where you want the current.Maintenance is easy . Take out and brush off with a tooth brush

Performance was ok . I would have though I'd get more flow out of the size of this thing . I went with the K-2 because I wanted a bit more flow . Should have went with the K-3

I liked the fact that the front has a flow nozzle.You can install the nozzle and get a direct flow or remove it and have a nice wide flow

When mounted to the glass the red pivot knob is very stiff .If you try to move it with a grabber or pvc stick it pops off the glass . Be Careful when redirecting flow . Use your hand ."With a glove on of coarse"!!

This thing has amazing flow, I love it. I bought it to use in my mixing bucket for new seawater and it works AMAZINGLY for this.

Reliable pump
| Installation and Operation |
These are a really good line of power heads. They are super easy to set up, I just wish they had a longer cord. I have not had a single problem with the magnet holder on a few of these pumps in a few years. I take all my power heads and give them a vinegar bath every month or so, and that keep them running great. The only thing about the number 2 is that it is the same size as the number 3. So most people just get the number 3. But the number 2 definitely has its place.

This pump moves a good amount of water for the price. And unlike most power heads in this price range they are not a jet type of flow. Its a much more broad and gentle flow, which is desirable. I believe it moves just as much water as claimed.

Most power heads in this price range aren't even on the same level as these. These are often compared to more expensive power heads.

I like the fact that you can point them in a few directions. And the build quality is adequate, I haven't had any breakages in over 3 years. Plus it comes with a magnet holder which on some power heads you have to pay extra for.

I wish the power cord was a little longer. This is the only thing that needs an extension cord, and with all the cords I already have it would be nice to not need 1 more.

Works like a pro
| Installation and Operation |
Very easy to install this product. Instructions are easy, however pump is so easy to use they almost are not needed. Very easy to maintain, I just clean mine off with a brush once a month. No maintenance is required except cleaning it once a month or so.

Well worth the investment, however I have not had any other powerhead besides this brand. Considering how well it works I would not want to try anyone else.
