Installation and Operation Instillation was a little tricky and not simple. The unit has basically PVC fittings on the ends and does require plumbing. Once I decided where this unit was going and got all the fittings glues it was a piece of cake. As far as operation is was plug and play after all the plumbing. Be prepared to buy a large pump for this unit. it requires alot of flow. Performance vs. Expectations No immediate return on investment. The water is clearer. but the long term effecets are yet to be seen. Value for money There are other cheaper units out there but you get what you pay for. All in all this appears to be a well engineered and quality built unit. Customer Support No as of yet! Liked about it Easy to understand instructions. Remote ballast It is big but had a clean look about it. Didn't like It's big. Plumbing was not very simple Requires a large pump to run water thru it.
