Performance vs. Expectations I'm not sure how to gauge if it performs to the manufacturers specs, however, I can say that my water was never more clear, and I noticed less problems with nuisance algae. Value for money I believe this product is a great value for the money (i recomend the model with the wiper.) Customer Support Never called for customer service, however all manuals and instructions are posted online for all their units, and I was easily able to find what I needed on line. Liked about it took yellowing from water, I believe it kept fish from disease, easy to clean with wiper model. Didn't like cost of replacement bulb and quartz sleeve. this needs to be done every six months.
