A must have is running Ozone
| Installation and Operation |
Instillation was very simple this is a plug and play unit.
With ORP there is not calibration. It used a platinum probe that also cannot dry out and virtually lasts forever.
I used this in conjunction with my RedSea O# generator.
If you are running Ozone I highly suggest you use a controller or at least a ORP monitor.
Simple to use just set the desired OPR (425 for me with O3) and the controller does the rest. It's as simple as that.

| Performance vs. Expectations |
This unit performed as good as expected. It did a great job controlling my O# generator and keeping my tank and family safe.

Pretty cheap as controllers go at about $100 I consider it a must have if running ozone.

The probe will not dry out it could last forever.

The only think I disliked about this was the set point is very sensitive.
Once the ORP reaches the desired lever is constantly on/off/on/off/on/off.
