Installation and Operation Though proper care is necessary for an accurate reading, this product is not too difficult to figure out. Just immerse electrode in Distilled or RO water to activate. After each use rinse in RODI water and make sure a little RO water is in the cover cap to prevent electrode from drying out. Calibration is a little awkward, you have to insert the included tool into a very small recess and turn the calibration nut. I calibrate every 2 weeks.

Performance vs. Expectations Product is easy to use and provides an accurate High or low range Ph test. Up to 3 point calibration; 4, 7, and 10 ensures accurate reading. Many meters in this price range only allow 2 point calibration.

Value for money Product is a bit pricey, $50-75 but worth the price tag considering its accuracy and the important role of Ph especially in reef systems. Just determine how long it would take to pay for it if you are using liquid ph test kits!

Liked about it Easy to use, convenient, accurate.

Didn't like Awkward calibrating the unit. Also I had issues with water getting in the water proof cap where batteries are held. Though I must say this was largely my fault as I didn't ensure the rubber washer was in tight. The water destroyed my unit.

Liked about it Simple and straightforward testing.

Didn't like same issue with any tester, you need to calibrate it carefully and it can take time and cost money.
