Simple kit for iodine testing

This is a decent kit that delivers consistent results. There arent any real surprises with the kit, it measures both iodide and iodine. The kit is easy to use and comes with everything required to do about 40 tests.

Liked about it

The instructions are clear and the test is easy to perform. There are two variances to test the two different parameters, which is nice if you're looking for the whole story.

Didn't like

I don't really appreciate why anyone needs to test for iodine, as I've never read a compelling reason to measure or control iodine in a reef tank. As a result, I don't find any value in spending money on this kit. It works fine, but I don't have a justification for it. The other complaint is that some of the results must be measured after precise time intervals, so if you arent timing everything accurately you may get bad results.

Good kit

This is a good kit, but its more difficult to use than other Salifert kits. It is the best Iodine kit on the market for hobbyist to the best of my knowledge. The color change isn't quite as clear as some of the other kits either, but its definitely decipherable.

Liked about it	A good quality kit available to hobbyist. You get a good amount of kits per box.
Didn't like	Its a little difficult to use. The color changing portion of the liquid is only a thin layer on the top, it would be nice if they could either make that layer a bit bigger or make the whole vial change (but I understand that may not be possible).
