easy but not very accurate copper kit

Comments In my experience, redsea makes entry level kits for beginners, and I don't find that they compare in quality or accuracy to the higher end brands. This kit is designed to measure copper, and it comes with everything needed to do so.

Liked about it The test is very easy to use; simply add 6 drops of the reagent into 10 ml of water and visually compare it to the color scale to determine copper levels in the tank. It's a straight forward test that is cheap.

Didn't like The one thing I don't like about it is that it's not terribly accurate. Compare the colors to the chart is a bit of a challenge, and generally there's a tight range of proper copper levels when treating fish for parasites. As a result, for a test kit to really be useful, you need to have good results. this kit is cheap, though, so using it for general reference is certainly something that be considered. If you're looking for something with fine results, consider a higher quality brand.
