pH is a tricky aspect to measure, as it has a diurnal swing (typically following the photoperiod), and using this kit does not give any real result. The range on the kit is not very tight, and the quality/repeatability of the strips doesnt allow for any clear decision making.

This strip kit is easy to use, the instructions are clear, and the results (per the kit) are generally easy to read. The kit is cheap, especially when compared to other means of measuring pH (considering things such as probes and electronic monitors).

Simply put, the results are not great. The product doesnt provide information that makes it clear on how to interpret the data provided by the test, and as a result users will often misinterpret pH ranges and make decisions to dose products to their system which may lead to very undesirable events. If you really need to know details about your tank pH, it's my recommendation that you save your money on this product and put it towards a good pH probe and a monitor/controller.
