Website placed my order when I tried to cancel it!

I knew something was wrong when it asked for credit card or PayPal. When I chose PayPal, it gave me the option to edit (of course - because I have a couple of different banks account in PayPal). The edit option led me to a blank page, so I went back to the order page and just closed out of it. Now, I received a 'thank you for your order' confirmation email from these guys. Are these guys con artists? I've tried to reach them, and hey - no phone contact - isn't that something! I will take legal action, if needed! Do NOT order from them!!!

AVOID THEM
| General |
I had nothing but problems with them. They sent the wrong product and then said I had to pay 20% plus of product plus shipping to return it to fix their error. Customer service is slow and you can find better prices on ebay or amazon. AVOID! |
