Poor/No Customer Service

I placed an order on 14 May, they took my money same day. My order still shows "pending". I tried to find a phone number thru yellowpages.com, they did not show the business listed. I tried the phone number listed in PRWeb but I get a machine response "you do not have enough credit" and the line goes dead. I've tried contacting them through their "contact us", with no response. I also sent an e-mail to the Vice President (Raquel) address listed in PRWeb but no response. I am sending them a "return receipt" demand letter today. I am waiting for 30 days, then I will dispute the charge. Who ever got great service was very lucky. The rest of us got ripped off! |

Really Bad -Peticious.com

I made a purchase almost 3 weeks ago and received an email confirmation. I still have not received my purchase. There is no phone number on their site nor on record when I search the web. I have emailed every contact on the "contact us" page without one reply back. Next step will be contacting my credit card company to challenge the charges. Buyers Beware! |
