Drs Foster Smith

I typically try and purchase all of my dry goods from Drs Foster & Smith, their customer service is great, shipping is very quick, prices are always spot on and in most cases with sales cheaper than other mainstream places. I'll continue giving them my business as long as possible. |

Love Them!!

I've been buying from Foster and Smith now for years!! Ive never had a problem with any of their products. I gave them a 3 on replacement of products only because Ive never had to replace anything Ive ordered from them. The salespeople are always polite professional and eager to help. Ive called several times with questions about my tanks and if the person on the phn didn't know the answer they would find out and call me back. Their shipping is always on time products are always in good shape on arrival I could just go on and on about this company. Ive only ordered dry goods but I can honestly say Ive always been 100% satisfied! |

The customer service is top notch, knowledgeable people in almost all departments and if they don't know they will direct you to someone who does. 24 hour customer online support, doesn't get much better than that. I have seen their coral facility, it is well taken care of. Anything that you get from there will be shipped with care and packaged very well. I had purchased some bad bulbs from there, and they replaced them for free. Their prices in my opinion are excellent, they have a repeat customer here. I have sent them multiple emails over the past 2 years for commenting on their good service, a great place. |

Consistently the BEST!

I've been purchasing from Drs. Foster and Smith for many years- items for birds, small animals, and dogs. They are first rate the entire way! One time I forgot to add a color for an item and they CALLED me so that they could fill the order to my satisfaction. They know what customer service means! |

Good for Aquarium supplies and all your other pet

I love this online store.
I have bought a lot of dry goods from them in the last 10 months and they are first rate in all areas.
I have purchased not only aquarium supplies but bird, cat, small animal and wild bird feeding items from DFS. Never had problems with any of it.
Their website has a nice customer feedback feature and a live help chat if you have questions about certain items.
Their pricing is very competitive in almost every area, and they do have occasional coupons available if you do a search for them. Just type something like: "Drs Foster Smith coupon code" in any search engine and see what comes up- usually 10% off $100 or more- which takes a good chunk out of the shipping charge.
They have a wide selection of products, so i often check them out first because they are likely to have it in stock and most likely to have it at a reasonable price. |
