WE ALL ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD DEALS WENT STUFF LIKE THIS IS ALOT SO ITS HARD TO LOOK AWAY WHEN ITS CHEAP BUT I RATHER PAY ALITTLE MORE AND KNOW MY STUFF IS COMING THEN NOT GET SH.. BACK YOU DONT EVEN HAVE TO PLACE A ORDER JUST CALL THEM FIRST SEE IF THEY PICKUP THEY WONT!SO HOW DO YOU THINK YOUR GETTING YOUR STUFF OR MONEY BACK JUST LIKE EVERYBODY ON HEAR SAID STAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN AND ONE MORE THING I FOUND 3 SITES THAT HAVE DIFFERENT NAME BUT ITS THEM THEY ALL HAVE THE SAME PHONE NUMBER DONT BE FOOLED.

Do not buy
|
This company is a scam. I had to dispute the claim with paypal since you cant call them and they do not answer emails. They then sent half my order so that they would have tracking numbers to give to paypal to close the claim. Stay away from this company at all costs. Oh and the package was ripped up and taped back together.

What theives.
|
I was wondering why I wasn't hearing back from them after spending a lot of money. Guess I can kiss the money goodbye. What a scam. I guess buyer beware. Has to be the worst store on the internet. Well another report to better business and a call to the lawyer. To bad they don't have a zero score.

Appalling service
| General |
There should be a 0 rating
Appalling service as the other reviews say, goods still havent arrived, almost 2 months have passed, nobody answers the phone, emails are ignored or bounce back
we are in the UK so it seems theres very little we can do, i only wish we had seen the bad reviews around the net before we ordered from there, they are a few hundreds dollars better off whilst we have nothing :( |

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- DO NOT USE!!!

I have all the ratings at a 1 but if I could put a zero I would have. I placed an order on 1/19/09 and it is now 2/24/09 and I still have not recieved my product. The whole way the company is run seems very shady to me. I was told a week after I placed my order it should only be a few days as the parts were coming from the east coast. Needless to say the parts didn't come. I tried calling several times, each time being lead to a voicemail of what seemed to be a cell phone. Each time no answer. I contacted them again, this time recieved same lame response about getting the parts from the east coast, should only be a couple of days, still no parts 2 weeks later. This last time I called using a different line, just 1 week ago now 4 weeks after placing my order. This time I was called back immediately, showing they were ignoring the other calls since I had already complained once with that number. At this point I wanted to cancel my order, since my card was charged 4 weeks ago and no confirmation that the parts were shipped was ever sent to me and I was worried I never would get my parts and be out the money I spent. So this time when I got a hold of what seemed to be the ONLY person running this business I was told that orders could take this long, which is NOT what I was told originally. Shady, shady shady. I needless to say complained, he told me again that the parts where on their way, another blatent lie. I told him I wanted an upgrade to free shipping and a confirmation that the parts are on their way etc. It has been 1 week since then and NO confirmation etc. This company is VERY POORLY run, and has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any company I've ever dealt with. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and will NEVER do business with them again. I just hope I can either get my money back or my products. |

Cheappetproducts.net - dont buy!!

The prices are awesome, but don't use them if you ever expect to actually GET your items. I ordered things 12/30 and never got them or any correspondence from them till a month later, and it was short an item and they refuse to ship the item. The customer service people were snotty sounding and rude. I would give them a 0 on the ratings but it wasn't an option.
If you have no problem paying for things a month before you get them and then not getting everything you ordered than the price is worth it. For me, I would rather get the items quickly and receive the things I ordered for a slightly higher price. |

I placed my order on 10/31/08...as of today (02/13/09) I have not recieved a single item from my order. They do not answer emails or phone calls, if you are lucky enough to get a live person to talk to, you are told they will not refund your money but they will ship your order that day... I ahve been told this several times! Save yourself alot of frustration and do not order from them. |
