i will never deal with them again!
this is the worst company i have ever dealt with! period
i was lied to! they blamed the manufacture for me not having my order(which was not true)
i was sold a pump they didnt have only to be called 2 days later to swtich pumps. never was i told that there would be delays in my order nor was i told that they didnt have my items in stock.

I see bill that we have your order placed on Monday. We had then placed the order for your Refugium 30 with ADHI. It generally takes them up to a week and half to prepare your order and then ship out. As soon as tracking information is available they email me and then I go and inform the customers.

I would expect to have it shipped out the latest by early next week sir

then why was i called 2 days ago and told my eheim pump i wanted was backordered 2 weeks when this was also back ordered 2 weeks

I am sorry sir that no one mentioned to you that these items are not stocked regularly because different customers sometimes wish to have custom sizes made for them.

This is why ADHI makes each refugium per customers order

Yes sir these are made to order products and I am sorry that we had not mentioned this to you. The larger Refugiums and Sumps are special made as I had mentioned because some customers wish to have different compartments sized differently or have other customizations made

yet you guys do not stock the standard version?

again sir not too many customers order just the stock version and ADHI does not produce a "standard" model.

after this i called and was hung up on by yet another mike.
called back and was forwarded to the manager.
i was offered 5% more off my order and we discussed the issues and why this went this way. this has happened less than 2 weeks ago with another user of reef central. this company will not change its current state of disorganization and i urge every to really chekup before you ever buy from aquacave... myself i will never ever again deal with them

Wow! Very nice.

Decided to give this store a shot this time based on the reviews here. Good selection and good pricing. Can't ask for better than that. Their service seems top notch. Quick shipping. I'd shop here again.

I love this place. It's like candyland
|
The web site is easy to use, prices are great, the customer service is fantastic. I have placed several orders with them they are always right on. I requested express shipping and they were propmt to call me back with the pricing. I hae not had to deal with any returns or replacements.

Call before you buy!

I ordered a Reef Octopus 300F from AquaCave. Soon as I placed my order, I received a nice invoice in my email box. The invoice was vary descriptive and informative. They make their contact information readily visible in case you need to call customer service. Unfortunately, their website stock information is not to par. They called me 3 days later to let me know that the item was back-ordered at least a month out. the gentleman on the phone was very polite, apologetic, and said they would refund my money. The good customer service made up for the poor inventory tracking. Inventory is not part of the ranking list, so I'm not going to ding them for it. I would buy from AquaCave again, but I will call and check if they have the item on-hand first.

excellent service and price!!

I purchased 2 175 watt MH Vortex ballasts and 2 250 watt MH Vortex ballasts. Shipping was immediate, price was the best, and product was excellent. I was missing one plug, in which Alberto immediately sent. Nothing but good things to say about this company.

Love Aquacave!
|
Excellent customer support. Packages are shipped quickly and packaged well. I ordered an Octopus NW200 skimmer and it was priced better than anywhere on the net. The only thing I did not like, was the oversize charge.

Excellent retailer
|
I have purchased three high-dollar items from them: Orca 250; (3) IceCap 250W MH retro kits; 1/3 HP Chiller. On each occasion, shipment was immediate; packaging was awesome; customer service was stellar. After shopping each item online, I found AquaCave's pricing to be very competitive and their store interface quite easy to use. I will continue to look at this merchant first whenever I have to decide whom to place my money with faithfully. Great merchant to do business with.
