HELP ME!!!

I ran across your reviews too late. We ordered a $420.00 aquapod HQI from Anything Saltwater this past Sunday. Credit card was charged immediately. No response to my emails since. Has anyone found a phone number for this place or where it's at? Trying to save a buck, looks like I just lost $420.00 of them.

Poor service and Product is broken
|
Bought a meter.....I could not find a phone number to find out where my order was. Was only able to contact thru email. 3 months later the product finally arrived and was broken!!!

well, there is no customer service, that's for sure. and no way to get in contact either. they don't respond to email or phone. i ordered a lighting system and was sent one of lesser value, but paid the price for the more expensive item. So, i got stiffed out of some money. I'll never do business with them again.

This is the worst skimmer I have ever used. The people on the phone are arrogant and useless. All tho many people have recommended it I hate this company and will NEVER buy from them again. My personal opinion there are alot of people out there that will help you with your fish tank needs this company could care less!!!! STAY AWAY FROM MRC!!!!!! |

This is the worst online company ever! Communication and customer service is non-existent. It took over a month to get my bulbs. When bulbs arrived the packaging was horrible and the bulbs were broken. It's been 2 months now and still no bulbs and I still haven't received a refund. I still haven't heard from the owner 'Brian Chaney'. ***DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY*** |
