Save your money!

Comments $40 for a gallon of bacteria laden sand? It ridicules and I fell for it.
I saw absolutely nothing good with this product but I saw nothing bad about it either. Kinda like burning 2 twenty dollar bills. This is suppose to be ideal for rooting macro algae, mangroves as well as contain trace minerals. Rooting Macro algae will root into just about anything you put in your sump. I think this product is just another gimmick and I see so value in the one.

Is you are trying to use this to kick start your bio filter. save your money be patient and it will happen.
If you still think you need this read all the other reviews. They all say the same!

Liked about it There really was not anything a liked about it.
There was also nothing that I did liked about it.
IT DID NOT DO ANYTHING! How can you like to dislike that!

Didn't like Overpriced stinky dirt!
Did nothing for my tank.
Actually caused more harm than good. It took me forever to get it all siphoned out.

Nothing great

Comments This product is really just expensive sand in my opinion. It didn't do anything differently than any other sand would have.

Liked about it The grain size was perfect for a refugium.

Didn't like Very expensive. It made the water quite cloudy for a while. And didn't really do as advertised.

Woo.....expensive

General I paid 40 dollars for one gallon of what seems to be fancy dirt. It had no effect on my tank what so ever. I was somewhat dissapointed that nothing improved when I added it to my refugium. Wish I would have spent the 40 dollars on a new power head instead.

Liked about it It has trace elements in it

Didn't like Price
Outcome wasn't as expected
just made my sand look dirty.
My mangroves didn't grow any faster or greener than they already did.
Made my water very very cloudy for the first day.
