Not a bad system
| Installation and Operation |
This was pretty easy to set up. Detailed instructions made it even easier. Other than changing out the filters from time to time it's pretty much set and forget.

| Performance vs. Expectations |
This does everything it says it does. My water has went from 208 on the tds meter down to 0 at the output of this unit. Couldn't ask for more than that.

I do feel they are a little overpriced, but if you have a chance to get one on clearence or used, then I'd jump at the chance

I haven't had to deal with any customer service from this unit.

It's easy to setup. It comes fairly compact so you can mount it just about anywhere. The filters have lasted a long time, I've had mine set up for about 8 months now, and still getting a 0 output on tds meter.

Many of us really don't need anything more than a 50 GPD unit. I have one with a 180 gallon system and always have RO-DI on hand.

A spare metal 2-way valve hookup for the sink would have been nice. But, too expensive to market that way I'm sure.
I wore out my metal 2-way valve hookup in a little over a year and a half. Picking up a new one at the store was easy and fairly cheap too.
