This is a great cleaner fish. Very active, will swim from one end of the tank to the other. Non aggressive. This guy does not get very big, max about 2" so don't put him in with fish that could eat him. He eats a variety of food like brine, mysid shrimp. Really easy to care for. He is reef safe and probably does better in a reef tank.

Very easy to care for. I like the fact that it helps out with some fish disease by eating cysts of other fish. small bio load left behind. Easy to acclimate and care for.

Not musch to dislike. Only thing I worried about is his small size among other larger fish. Don't want him to become dinner!!

awesome little fish

A great fish for any reef tank, it's great to watch them clean other fish. Would recommend getting a pair of them. They'll do well in most reef systems without predatory fish. They're small, so they don't add a lot of bioload to the tank, I really enjoy watching this fish interact with others (most notably the achilles tang).

small but active, easy to acclimate, you can often find them captive bred as well. These fish will "clean" larger fish of pests, which is really fun to watch.

Nothing really negative about these fish, however they are small (may be hard to find in larger systems) and will really only coexist in pairs (more than 2 a tank is a bad idea).

Best alternative to a cleaner wrasse!

These are great fish that will clean the others. They are ignored by their tankmates. Make a good addition to a tank and keep pest off they other fish. |
