Feed them well
| General |
I had one of these beauties in a 120 fowlr with a deep sand bed. Great fish always on the move always turning the sand in search of food. The only problem I had with this fish is because he is always active he needs lots of food. I suggest keeping this fish in a large fowlr tank and feeding it plenty of sinking pellets. He needs sinking foods because if you have other fish in the tank they will eat any floating food before he gets a chance and he will starve to death. Since I now have a reef and cant afford to feed heavily I wouldn't be a candidate for another one. |
