Truely one of my favorite fish...but not in a reef
| Comments |
Aurigas are easy and beautiful fish. If you have a large aquarium, they will get large as well. Diving in Hawaii, I've seen these as large as 15" long. They are very docile, but can get by in aggressive tanks with triggers and sharks as well. I have never attempted these in a reef tank and frankly have not wanted to test them out.

Caution
| Comments |
If they are tank raised, then they CAN be reef safe.
If you have wild caught, then odds are they are not reef safe.
