Different varieties have different color patterns; some are a dark color with a silver streak, while others are white with a dark streak and a bright yellow area at the tail.

Great Little Cleaner!

this fish can be hard to keep, and I would not recommend it for someone new to fish keeping. I wanted to see what this this fish could do, So I got a FireFish covered in ich, and very sick. 3 days with these two together the FireFish no longer has signs of ich and is eating regularly, and shows no sign of stress. This Fish also requires a secure place to sleep at night.

Liked about it	I liked the fact that it dose what I got it to do, clean! It took a few weeks for my other fish to tolerate it, but it is now checking my other fish for anything to eat, and is also picking at the rocks. It also only eats the blender mush I feed to my corals, it dose not eat any flake, pellets, and it did not care for frozen brine, or mysid shrimp.
Didn't like	There was a few things that I did not care about this fish, at first it was very zipy, swimming very fast and made my head spin every time I looked at the tank, but it did settle down in a few weeks. It also will only eat my blender mush I feed my corals, and nothing else. it will also steal food from my corals, becouse it has a hard time feeding in the current of my reef tank.
