Installation and Operation	Installation is very easy, the picture instruction is there if you need help, i doubt you would need any.
Performance vs. Expectations	Performance as i expected, the pump gives tons of bubble inside the chamber, it's cool just to see how it works lol!
Value for money	Can't beat the price, i got mine for $200 included shipping. Did lots of research before buying this, heard lots of good feedbacks about Octopus and so far have not been dissapointed.
Customer Support	Just recently emailed them about the recommended water level for the skimmer and they replied the next day saying it should be around where the cone neck transition starts. Fast and helpful.

Liked about it	Pump operates silently and efficiently Easily adjust the water level just by twisting a pipe New and improved model with cone neck and solid built
