good skimmer but a bit loud

Installation and Operation	Easy to install, but I'd recommend using a gate valve (modification in some cases) and in-sump. It is tall at 30", but if you've got the space it doesnt require much more room to get the collection cup off.
Performance vs. Expectations	Works well, however it was a bit loud for my preferences and use in living space. Eventually I ended up replacing the pump with an Eheim, which EuroReef also carries.
Value for money	Compared to other skimmers on the market today, it's a bit expensive.
Customer Support	EuroReef provided me excellent customer service when contacting them about the noise, as well as sending me new impellers when they changed their design at no cost to me. Very much satisfied with their company.

Liked about it	Works well, easy to remove and clean the collection cup. Low power usage, too, which is a huge selling point to needlewheel skimmers compared to others. I've seen a power draw under 40W with my eheim pump, but the stock genx pump was closer to 60W.
Didn't like	A bit loud with stock pump, but that may have been a one-off experience
