Just hang on back, fill chamber/prime, plug in, and adjust foam collector. Instructions suck. Performance vs. Expectations Performance well exceeds expectations. Value for money Great value. This was overkill for my 30 gal with 15 gal sump, but if you're gonna go, go big! I had a Instant Ocean HOB rated for 100 gal that wasn't cutting it. If that IO HOB was good for 100 gal then this is good for 500, but rated for 125. The IO HOB should probably be rated for 20 gal. Customer Support Not needed. Liked about it 1. Pulls lots of skim. 2. Excellent fit and finish. 3. Easy to access collection chamber. 4. Comes with pump. Didn't like 1. It's loud. 2. HUGE hulking blue monstrosity. Clear would have been nice and less noticable. 3.
