Very easy to assemble. Performance vs. Expectations This skimmer performed well over expectations. I have modified it with a Gate Valve and the Purple pinwheel. In its stock configuration it performed well, with the modifications, it has been a stable consistent stink puller. Value for money Skimmer is a little expensive, but well manufactured and performs like crazy with a couple minor upgrades. Customer Support I have not had to deal with customer support at all. I guess that is a testament to their product :D Liked about it Pulls nasty skimmate, very consistent with a couple minor upgrades, very efficient. Didn't like The stock wedge pipe (Harder to adjust), The stock pinwheel (Didn't pull as much air as the purple pinwheel.)
