A good value, the Pacific-Coast 3/4" enductor out increases the water flow. It is shipped with loc-line but can be snapped onto the existing loc-line if you prefer. My 150 gallon tank runs off enough power from a Mag18 pump so the additional head pressure isn't a problem. Caution: avoid if your pump doesn't have the pressure to spare. Prior to using the Pacific-Coast enductor, my water flow was concentrated and forceful, not always the best option for livestock. With the enductor, flow is increased and the movement is more diffuse over a wider area.

The enductor increases water flow in a diffuse way covering a wider area with more movement. Snap-on installation is quick and simple. Materials are strong enough to do the job.

A pump that is just adequate wouldn't be able to work well with the additional head pressure. A poor soul who hasn't much strength may need someone who does to snap the enductor onto the loc-line; almost anyone can do it but not everyone. During water changes when the pump is off, the larger enductor opening could attract a fish or livestock that would then end up in the overflow column (or worse).

Add tank flow without increasing sump flow

Great product. The ability to connect to loc-line gives a nice clean appearance in the tank while also allows for great placement possibilities. It will increase flow on almost any pump; but they will also increase head pressure. Check your pump's head charts to make sure the flow will not be restricted to the point of actually seeing a decrease in overall pump output. After a few tests, these seem to add around 1-1.5' of head versus an unrestricted 3/4" line.
To see what this can really do, a pressure-rated pump is the best option. I'm using these on my returns for a 210G. I'm only pushing around 1000GPH through the sump while easily adding an extra 3000-3500GPH to the display.
