Excellent Control for high current devices

The DC4HD is a necessary addon for anyone running high inrush current ballasts or extremely high current devices. The DC8 cannot handle the loads that this module can. The DC4HD has much higher quality relays and has been very reliable. I use this to switch an Icecap 660 and Icecap electronic metal halide ballasts, and it works flawlessly. Both of which had previously caused the contacts on the DC8 to get stuck.

The DC4HD is nothing else if only reliable. The relays turn on and off without fail, even in high changover situations such as controlling heaters or a chiller. It has been able to switch loads that would cause the DC8 to stumble. I rely on this heavily and it has never let me down.

I dont like that this unit still uses a fuse instead of a breaker. I have had it pop on me, and it would b simpler if it was just a breaker reset.
