Worth the money

Comments This product preforms as advertised, Makes scraping algae growth off the inside glass of your aquarium less of a "wet" hassel. Has other uses not advertised...

Liked about it The fact that you can clean your glass without gitting your arm wet. You can use it to mix the sand as well. The different blades allow you to use on glass as well as acilic tanks. Without the blade the wond has many other uses, stirring water, decompacting substrait,

Didn't like The price of replacement blades,
The fact that when handell does become wet it is very slick,
The blades are easely damaged.

Great tool that outshines the others

Comments Once I got one of these, that was the last scraper I purchased. Nice thing is, the blades are replaceable. The initial price seems kind of high, $21 where I am, but once you get over that...you realize that it was totally worth the money. This is a tool that is well made and that you will not need to replace for years, if ever, just the occasional blade replacement.

Liked about it 1. Long handle so you don't get wet.
2. Replaceable blades.
3. Sturdy and well built.
4. Can get blades for use on glass or blades for use on acrylic tanks!

Didn't like 1. Initial cost is about $5 more than I wanted to pay.

Great Maintenance Tool

Comments Preforms as advertised.
Perfoms better that expected.
Price is higher than disposable brushes.
Great value for price.

Liked about it Great for large acrylic tanks.
The Aqua Mop is a must have to clean acrylic, mop heads can be cleaned with bleach and water for reuse.
Long handle allows me to clean tank without placing hands in tank.
Glass scraper is great for coraline algae.

It scrapes...

Comments Performs as advertised, but I ended up ditching it for my hard scrubbing sponge.

Liked about it Makes it easy to get to the bottom of the tank and scrape. Blades are easy to change.

Didn't like Blades bend easily, and I think it just takes more effort to scrape thoroughly with this thing than it does to stick your hand in the tank with a sponge or razor blade.

Good product for your money!

General Its a great concept and it keeps your hands out of your system. The scraper is nice to get to that back wall of the aquarium and get any major growth off without a problem. Not too crazy about the aqua mop....but I guess its good for algae.

Liked about it Sturdy
Different attachments
Blade does a great job

Didn't like Blade bends very very easy.
aqua mop seems pointless to me, as does the gravel scoop.

Scraper

General Have not found one better, but this does a pretty good job of getting down to the bottom. Sometimes the angle of the bend prohibits it from getting the hard to reach corners, though it is still better than reaching in by hand. Replacements blades are pricey, but last for months.

Liked about it Length

Didn't like Expensive replacement blades

Ok product

General Good length for removing coralline algae from the lower portions of glass in deeper tanks. Blade is prone to bending and dulling rather quickly. When it does it makes the scraper much less effective.

Liked about it Good handy length to have around. Fairly effective when it works.

Didn't like Blade bends and dulls easily.

Moderately effective against corraline

General As stated, the length is nice for scraping corraline off the glass however, the blade is prone to bending if too much force is used. If this occurs, it makes the whole item highly ineffective as a whole.

Liked about it Length

Didn't like Blade bends quickly making it ineffective
