Installation and Operation	This timer is very easy to use. I used it for about 3 years with no problems at all. I had it set to do my day/night combo. I had my metal halides on the daylight side, and my moonlights on the night side. So instead of needing 2 timers for this it does it all. As soon as the metal halides went off the moonlights come on. Very useful if you don't want multiple timers all over the place.
Performance vs. Expectations	Yes, it performed perfectly. Its even easy than a standard timer, because all you have to do is flip little switches to change the time of the timer.
Value for money	I think its a great value for the money. Considering you get 2 timers in 1, plus for outlets as a power strip.
Customer Support	I have dealt with this company on a separate item, but there customer service was excellent.

Liked about it	I liked that I only needed 1 timer for an easy day/night affect. And the price was reasonable.
Didn't like	The only thing I didn't like that was I needed another timer for dusk/dawn affect. If they incorporated that into it also it would be perfect.

Customer Support	i have used products from this company before and never had a problem always top notch

Liked about it	liked the easy to tell color outlet between day, night and constant on. easy to use timer set it to the hour of the day and choose how long you want (lights, pumps, etc) to run. i liked being able to switch any of the day, night, outlets on at the flip of a switch.
