Great when it works

Installation and Operation	Sets up easily after reading instructions. The instructions are detailed with pictures showing all timing applications.
Performance vs. Expectations	Had bad luck with this timer. Each time I would hook it up the atinic/lunar phase would stop working. I returned it 3 times. After a matter of months the same phase would go out again. The daylight phase always worked still does.
Value for money	If it worked.
Customer Support	They cooperated each time replacing unit. I guess you can say they backed thier product.

Liked about it	I liked it briefly. Until it broke 3 times. With 3 different units.
Didn't like	That I kept getting a bad one or something. I have heard I wasn't the only one this problem had happened to.

Great Product

Installation and Operation	You will need to read the instructions on this item. It is a little tricky to get setup up but the directions are very well written and easy to follow. They include pictures for every step. Once it is up and set there is no maintenance unless you want to change the timer settings.
Performance vs. Expectations	Perform beyond my expectations.
Value for money	Definately worth the money.
Customer Support	Never had to contact them.
