Makes reef look good a night Installation and Operation Installation is very simple. The only difficult part is finding a good place to mount the light. For tanks with a brace in the middle. I recommend bouncing the LED light off your daylight reflector. This disperses the light properly to eliminate and dark areas. This reduces the lights brightness but I didnt want a bight moonlight anyway so I'm happy with my setup. Performance vs. Expectations I could have built this myself. But I probably wouldn't have waterproofed it properly. I'm quite happy with its light output. Value for money It works great for the price. however the extreme version comes with 2x the light but only 50% more in price. I chose to use the double sided tape and clamps that came with the light. Plugged right into the moonlight controller. Performance vs. Expectations The LEDs are very bright. They light the bottom very well in my 24" deep tank. Very cool affect. Value for money I think for the plug and play abbilities of the light it's worth the money, but is a little pricy for such a simple LED light. Probably could be built for $5 out of parts from Radio Shack. Liked about it Easy install Very Bright Decent Value Didn't like Clamps for the light are cheap plastic and don't hold the light tightly so it'll rotate. Too tall.
