Installation and Operation	It is very easy to install. I bought it used so I didn't get instructions. It is very easy to operate, the only thing you need to do is flip the on switch. Besides replacing the bulb, it requires no maintenance.
Performance vs. Expectations	This is my first MH, so I can't really compare it to others. But it is very strong and is performing well so far.
Value for money	I got it used for 80$, which was a steal. Though, I think the MSRP is a bit high.
Customer Support	No, I have not dealt with them and hope I never will have to!

Liked about it	I love the 3 point adjustment. I like that there is so much cord between the light and the ballast so I can set the ballast on the floor like 4 feet from the light.
Didn't like	The UV glass is a bit loose, there is no fan, and it is not very compatible with rimmed tanks.

Installation and Operation	This product was super easy to install and set up. I like to keep it close to the water and wipe it down once its cooled off to avoid salt creep.
Performance vs. Expectations	I did'nt know what to expect, but so far soo good.
Value for money	I think I should have purchased the 150watt since they are so close in price.

Liked about it	I liked the 3 point adjustable neck.
Didn't like	I am not to happy with the brace that is used to hold it too the tank(seems flimsy). I am sure that will need repair in a year or 2. but so far no problems.
