Performance vs. Expectations Performes 100% as advertised Value for money You are paying for the best. Customer Support Not for a reflector, but IC is sold when dealing with the ballasts they make. Liked about it The TECH reefers look at PAR etc. in this item. I just look at how it makes my tank look, and it looks GREAT! Works well when you have room for a 2.5" wide reflector. If you need 2", like I did, you need to look elsewhere. Performance vs. Expectations Performed up to expectations. Value for money Well worth the money. Reflectors can make or break a bulb! Customer Support Icecap has ALWAYS treated me well. Excellent customer service and they are very responsive. Liked about it Excellent build quality, great reflectivity, clean edges for a relector. Didn't like The width, I needed something narrower. Liked about it Great product, holds up well to salt creep and provides excellent light output from T5 bulbs. Wipes down easily, which I do once every ~6 months. Didn't like Early models may come with poor mounting hardware, which was prone to rusting. Later models will have improved fasteners.
