It came with a set of simple instructions that were not needed. The two ports, one on eeach end, can only be attached to their specific wires. You can not mess this up. Performance vs. Expectations Great ballast. The one I had on my current coralife fixture lasted for 5+ years. I expect no less from this one. There is no delay or warmup time. The unit works exactly like advertised. Value for money For only around 36 bucks and 5 years worth of operation they are definately worth the money. Customer Support I did not have to deal with them. Liked about it Love the ease of installation. I also love the light produced from my pcs. Didn't like Like everything.
