Not enough bang for my buck

Installation and Operation Ready to go out of the box. Just suction cup to tank. No maintenance needed.

Performance vs. Expectations I felt this led light was too weak to cover entire tank area (I believe a 3 foot space is stated as its limit). Its great for lighting up a particular coral but forget lighting up corals even in a 3 foot radius. I liked the ease of suction cupping it to the tank, however found out that after adjusting the neck a few times it would fall off the tank.

Value for money I don't think its worth the $30 price tag. Rather spend $10 more and get the R2 solutions led light.

Liked about it Convenient, simple to use. Nice blue led.

Didn't like Didn't want to stay on the glass, doesn't cover much area, transister broke after 1 month because of falling off tank glass multiple times.

good, simple moon light

Installation and Operation A good product that I've been using for 2+ years, I'd recommend this unit if you have a good means of mounting it. It gives the option of either using suction cups (which I wouldnt trust over a tank) or screws, but you'll need somewhere close if you plan on using either option.

Performance vs. Expectations Worked just as expected. It's a simple product that works well.

Value for money If you don't have any other options for moon lighting, if you can find it for ~$25 it's a good value. If you're going to pay more than that, I'd probably look for a different solution.

Liked about it soft, blue light for night viewing. Pretty powerful for just a single LED, but it won't do much for a large tank.

Didn't like mounting can be a challenge, as earlier pointed out you may require multiple if you have a large tank.
