Didnt have to deal with the company, but Pet mountain was kind of dissapointing. The first fixture arrived with broken bulbs and a damaged reflector. The second fixture arrived with a crack in the casing. They offered to replace the fixture again, but would have prefered a discount on the next purchase or something rather then going through the hassle of shipping it back again, but they wouldnt do that.
